BACKGROUND

Established in March 2007, TFI is one of the newest companies to the industry, but is mature where it counts. Owner and President, Herbert Toms, has 30 years’ experience in the furniture installation industry and has excellent knowledge of all its many facets. With his knowledge combined with the support of the staff he has chosen, TFI can insure that your expectations will be not only met, but exceeded.

TRAINING

TFI take great pride in the employees we send to the customer job site to represent our company. Training is provided to every individual employed by TFI to insure that not only is the installation done using the correct methods, but also to insure that TFI represents itself at all times in a professional manner to the customer. TFI also attend training sessions given by manufactures to keep current with new and updated products.

SERVICE AREA AND RESPONSIVENESS

TFI makes great efforts to be flexible and responsive to the needs of our customers. In many cases we are able to respond to emergency calls for same day service. Although our main service area is the Washington DC metropolitan area, we would be proud to serve as your representation throughout the United States.
